We believe every individual deserves to be treated with respect and compassion while living in a clean, structured, and secure environment that promotes stability. We foster personal responsibility through clear expectations and consistent leadership, encouraging residents to take ownership of their growth and participation in the home. We value connection and supportive relationships that reduce isolation and strengthen community bonds. Above all, we operate with honesty, transparency, and ethical stewardship to ensure trust with residents, families, and community partners.

Who We Serve

We accept residents who are:
 
  • Low-income Individual & families
  • Veterans receiving VA benefits
  • Seniors 55+ on fixed income (SSI/SSDI/Retirement)
  •  Individuals transitioning from homelessness and reentry

Referral & Admission Criteria

Basic Requirements:

  • Age 30+
  • Government-issued ID
  • Verifiable income source
  • Able to live independently
 
  • Willing to comply with house guidelines
  • Background screening required
  • No active violent criminal history
  • No active substance abuse
